Lumberjanes

Sweet Jackie Ormes! It’s the NYT bestselling, Eisner and GLAAD Award-winning, long-running hit series! I worked on Lumberjanes from issue #37 until the finale, which was numerically #75 or #78, depending on how you count. (It gets a little complicated; time is weird at Lumberjanes Camp!)

My work on Lumberjanes included running the main series and all collections from vols. 7-20 (plus 1-6 in reprint), annual 40-page specials from writers including Holly Black and Seanan McGuire, and the trilogy of graphic novels written by Lilah Sturges and illustrated by polterink. I also contributed to the Abrams novels written by Mariko Tamaki, the Lumberjanes coloring book, and The Encyclopedia Lumberjanica. Lastly, I wrote flavor text for Lumberjanes badges, messages from the High Council, and secret poems as part of each collection, and edited all of the books and gifts offered with the Lumberjanes 2024 Kickstarter, which celebrated 10 years of the series.
